Create International is a trans-national ministry of Youth With a Mission (www.ywam.org), staffed by committed Christians who have completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS). Our Team Staff come with a variety of backgrounds and skills. Some have already done a degree in media or graphic arts, and some come with a heart for missions and a desire to grow in their media and arts skills.
Joining YWAM
The first step towards becoming a full-time Team member is to successfully complete a YWAM Discipleship Training School. You can do a DTS anywhere in the world, and a good place to find available schools is to go to the YWAM site:
No DTS?
If completing a DTS isn’t possible, we do have openings for “Community Staff” positions for a number of our existing Teams.
Regardless of whether or not you have finished your “DTS”, you’ll be encouraged to attend one of our various media training opportunities.
We have ministry opportunities in the following areas: video and photography, digital video editing, art & graphic design, internet evangelism, website development, film directing, scriptwriting & research, audio recording and music.
